The latest in curl, repair and don’t care for hair this spring.

Curl

Titan of tresses T3 has introduced an epic self-twirling curling iron, the T3 Twirl 360 that knows what you want to do with your hair before you do — it’s equipped with a sensor that detects the motion of your hand and rotates that direction for long-lasting, gorgeous waves. $230 at Sephora.

Repair

Leonor Greyl’s Masque à l’Orchidée’ Softening Hair Mask is the perfect Sunday activity to compliment your Netflix binge. Put it on wet hair and leave it in a shower cap and rinse it out later to reveal soft, hydrated curls and waves. $65 at Nordstrom.

Dessange Oleo Miracle Shampoo & Conditioner is a drugstore gem about which I can’t stop raving. Story time: My French college roommate used to return to Boston from Paris after winter break with all manner of epic Jacques Dessange styling products and I started to be devastated when my ran out. So I was farklempt when I learned the brand was coming stateside to Target! This shampoo and conditioner will get you through the last few weeks of that haircut you’re eking out. $10-$11 at Target.

Shu Uemura Instant Replenisher is an at-home version of the brand’s in-salon service that improves shine, strength and softness in a quick, rinse0out treatment. Five to ten minutes later and your hair is swingier and smelling divine. $58 at shuuemuraartofhair-usa.com.

Don’t Care

If you’ve put your hair through the ringer (and even if you haven’t), you need to try Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Night Cap, an overnight treatment/styling aid you put on wet or damp hair and then let your hair air-dry. I woke up to hair that was 87% less hilarious than it would be had I not used it prior to sleeping on it wet (a recipe for disaster, usually) and simply blew dry my roots a bit, leaving the rest as-is. That’s right, this stuff is a literal dream. Plus, the results last up to five shampoos even if you don’t reapply it the next time you wash. Split ends are smoothed, flyaways are tamed and it won’t grease up your roots. $28 at Sephora.
