Before this mascara launched, I had the opportunity to use Maybelline Push Up Drama Mascara during Fashion Week while on the Maybelline Pro Team. Backstage, I found I liked the application and pay-off so I was excited to try some for myself.
To start, the brush is a simple rubberized brush with what Maybelline touts as “cup-shaped” bristles. The brush does get to every last lash, tugging the tips up for lift and soft curl with one coat. My second coat got a little clumpy+squared-off so I recommend going in for your second coat as soon as you’re finished with coat one. When I perfected this my lashes did look super full, lengthened+curled. With that said, I didn’t push my luck with an afternoon touch-up.
At the end of the night I was able to get all traces off with soap+water. Once you get the groove of this one, it’s great; buy it!

OMG I am a big fan of yours. I prefer cruelty free products and Maybelline is one of my fav makeup brands. I recently came across this article
http://iscrueltyfree.com/is-maybelline-cruelty-free-makeup-brand/
which says that Maybelline is not cruelty free and it tests on animals. 🙁
Wanted to know your thoughts.
