Patrick Ta created Jenna Dewan Tatum’s stunning smoked-out lid effect for the 2016 Golden Globe Awards using an unexpected hue.

Patrick used the Honest Beauty Eyeshadow Trio in Truly Vibrant Ocean Blue. Honest Beauty recommends that to start, apply the base shade 1 across the lid, then use the dark shade 2 to contour crease and shape outer edge of lid. To complete the look, top off the center of the lid with highlight shade 3 for a lustrous finish.
