I lived in England for a year and one of my favorites places was Boots. Having watched so many UK YouTubers share their Boots haul or talk about their favorite No7 liner (and experiencing major fomo since I was stuck in the Boston burbs), I felt instantly at home in the beauty retailer. I’ve lived in NYC for a few years now and I still miss some of my Boots goodies.
