Because she’s worth it, supermodel Karlie Kloss is the newest L’Oreal Paris spokesperson. Over the next few months, the entrepreneur, fashion icon, social media darling and philanthropist will appear in the brand’s ad campaigns. For now, she’s answered a few questions about her new gig. Behold:

What does it mean for you to be a L’Oreal Paris spokesperson?

It’s such an incredible honor and I’m so excited to be joining the L’Oreal Paris family. It’s been a dream of mine to work with L’Oreal and I’m so thrilled to be representing such an incredible brand.

What are your favorite L’Oreal Paris products?
I’m obsessed with L’Oreal Paris’ Youth Code Texture Perfector Day/Night Cream. I use it morning and night to help soothe and hydrate my face.
For eyes, L’Oreal Paris Infallible Lacquer Liner 24H is great.

What gives you confidence?

I always feel really confident after a great workout. I don’t know if it’s the endorphin’s or the thought of overcoming a challenging, but I love the feeling of challenging my strength and pushing myself.

What is your biggest beauty secret?

Taking care of myself on the inside is so important. Beauty is about more than secret products and regimens. Eating healthy, nutritious foods and exercising on a regular basis is what helps me feel beautiful, strong and confidant.

Most daring look you’ll try when you’re doing your own makeup?
I like to use liquid liner and define the lash line. I also love a little mascara, a simple bb cream, and a touch of creme blush on the apples of my cheeks. My routine is simple and quick and perfect as I am running out the door.

Who is your beauty icon?

Audrey Hepburn. She was a stunning woman and true beauty icon. She so seamlessly went between a feminine style and tomboy looks. She was truly a timeless beauty.

What do you always have in your handbag?

I always have gum and chopsticks!
