My shoe-storage situation is a nightmare and I only WISH I could simply hang one of those over-the-door shoe-storage solutions.
The issue? I have two closets, both with SLIDING doors. Which close the door to less space than a walk-in AND do not boast the storage room of the other side of the door. So I purchased the Honey Can Do 24-Pocket Over-the-Door Shoe Organizer ($12, amazon.com), hammered it up with three heavy-duty nails and now it’s establishing real estate on an unused wall of my closet.
