Get "Unfair Hair" With Aussie

This post is sponsored by Aussie, but all opinions herein are my own.

Yesterday, I had exactly 20 minutes to shower, dry and style my hair. And my hair is not an “air-dry and it’s fine” situation like many of you lucky citizens enjoy. My air-dry style (unless I’m in a tropical climate) yields a minimum of three textures, none of them chic. However, with the right products on hand, there are quick and easy fixes that can tame even the most insane mane with minimal heat-tool intervention.

To best prepare my hair for a massively abbreviated version of my usual lengthy blow-out, I used Aussie Hair Insurance Leave-in Conditioner to protect my hair from heat while I’m rough-drying and to impart a less HILARIOUS texture along the way. My go-tos once my hair is dry? Aussie’s Anti-Frizz Cream applied to my dry hair, mid-shaft to ends and a spritz of Aussie Anti-Humidity Spray. Then, I wrap my hair into a bun at the nape of my neck to encourage a smooth wave. To smooth out any kinks from the elastic, I use Aussie Celebrity Stylist Sarah Potempa‘s genius tip: lightly mist more Aussie Hair Insurance Leave-In Conditioner and blow-dry with a paddle brush. This product cocktail gives me a quick and easy fix no matter where I am–and it takes less than 10 minutes.
Getting the best hair with the least amount of time and effort gave me an unfair advantage — especially in this aggressive game of efficiency we call Manhattan. The wide range of Aussie’s care and styling products make great hair so easy, it’s almost a little unfair. To that end, Aussie’s created a tongue-in-cheek video:

What are your “unfair hair” tips when you have to revive a day-old ‘do or wash and style at a manic pace?
