Naomi Watts’ Makeup At The People’s Choice Awards

Naomi Watts rocked in a long black Alexander McQueen dress with a gold sequin bodice and multicolor jewel neckline to the People’s Choice Awards last night. Here’s the scoop on her makeup look from makeup artist Pati Dubroff.

“I choose to keep the face very monochromatic. Glowing skin, a full black lash, eyes contoured in matte taupe shades with a touch of gold. The lips were a rich shade of caramel – very full and velvet,” says Dubroff.

The skin was perfected using Maestro Fusion Makeup. To brighten under the eyes, a soft touch of Maestro Eraser in 2.5 was applied. Sheer Blush in #10 – a soft and shimmering peachy opal—illuminated the cheeks. The eyes were first contoured using the matte taupe eyeshadows from the Eyes to Kill Quad #4. To add a golden sheen, I used cream to powder Eyes to Kill Intense Eyeshadow in #5 – a golden bronze – on the center of the lid only. Lashes were full and black. I applied a few coats of Lancôme Hypnôse Star Mascara for exceptional volume to the top lashes only. To finish the look, I gave the lip a velvet stain using Lip Maestro in 202 – a rich caramel.”
