The scene: Dina‘s and my PHAT (it’s so epic, it requires bringing that expression back from its mid-’90s lexicological grave) room at The Viceroy Anguilla. 

Dina: What skin care are you into these days?
Amber: Well, lately–it’s all about Dr. Dennis Gross Skin Care Alpha Beta Peel Pads, which I’m freaking psyched come in individual packets so I can stop worrying about them drying out obsessively. AND Dr. Jart+ Water Fuse BB Cream, which is so freaking phenomenal. It’s THE BEST. I want NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OTHER MOISTURIZER OR FOUNDATION EVER.
Dina: Whoa, that’s quite the testimonial. For you, it seems to be all about the derm products.
Amber: It’s true. My motto for skin care (and possibly other realms) lately is that you’ve got to have a medical degree to come on my face.
