Kaitlyn, myself and Anne all Fekkai’d up! |
Last week, though I emerged from my bad cold hell to head to Saks Fifth Avenue, where I was scheduled to don a gorgeous Cody Color Block Alice + Olivia dress ($368 at Saks Fifth Avenue), get my hair done by Fekkai Creative Director Fabrice Gili, don a cat-eye a la Brigitte Bardot and recreate a ’60s-inspired ad Fekkai featured in the June 2011 issue of Vanity Fair. I’d had a fever fewer than 15 hours prior (which explains my raspy Demi Moore circa St. Elmo’s Fire voice), but a gal has PRIORITIES. And I always bend when the words “Brigitte Bardot” are used. Don’t you?
While I represented the ’60s, Kaitlyn from Beauty Blitz was a ’50s gal, while Anne from The Jet Set Girls was ’70s chic. To achieve my ’60s look, Fabrice used Fekkai Marine Summer Hair Beach Spray ($24), a wave-inducer you need in your plage tote this season. Check out the video of the shoot!
