Diva dollfaces, when I’m on vaca, I like to have a theme for my accompanying mu(sic), and the theme of my Turks and Caicos trip is most certainly going to be ’80s easy listening–in other words, drugstore jamz, as my friend Tamar and I call them. You know, like the selected works of Sade and DEFINITELY Brenda Russell’s “Piano in the Dark” (the latter is like, the QUINTESSENTIAL drugstore jam).

Because I also like to match my tunes to my tips, an ’80s theme must prevail there, as well. And I think a few items from American Apparel’s new Neon Nail Lacquer collection (six bright shades) will do the trick perfectly.
