The FTC regulations extend even to celebs. Gwyneth Paltrow’s latest GOOP column, published this week, is about her “very impromptu” trip to Marrakesh, Morocco. As it’s very unlikely she paid for her accommodations there, she may not be in compliance with the new Federal Trade Commission guidelines concerning endorsements.

You know, the rules should apply to celebs the most. They consistently get freebies (like they need it right?) and rarely let it be known that they do.
Oh and her Goop newsletter/blog is so unintentionally hilarious. Have you seen her “mommy wardrobe” tips? We’re talking like $300 tank top $1000+ boots, etc. It’s just funny how she thinks that everyone lives like that.
Come to think of it, she prob got those for free too!
