I don’t know why I’m asking the question, because I don’t really care what you or anyone else thinks, I’ve deemed them the former: Pretty fabulous. I just ordered these FIERCE Stuart Weitzman Flat OTK Boots and I’m loving the HELL out of them. There are, however, a few commandments for OTK (Over The Knee) boots to keep clear of the city limits of “working girls”:
They must be flat.
They must not be worn with super short skirts.
They must not be accessorized with a TON of jewelry.
And that’s it! That’s all you need to do! Miss one of these commandments, though, and you’ll be screaming inappropriate things to innocent elderly fellow elevator passengers whilst telling your “companion” there’s “a runner in my pantyhose. I’m not WEARING pantyhose!”

I was just telling my friend off for wanting OTK boots because they aren’t something you can wear like every other day. Just saw your post… just changed my mind. These babies are suh-weet and definitely not too OVER THE TOP to be worn every other day. (Although… they might not be cool next year.) These Stuart Weitzman ones are still too adorable! Now, to find a more affordable dupe…
