So, when I read this lotion’s name, I thought to myself, well, Kiehl’s. That’s a bold claim. Superbly Restorative? After trying it, I have to declare this NOT an instance of hyperbole. Kiehl’s SRBL sinks into skin immediately to improve its texture and tone in an instant with its Argan Oil (hailed liquid gold by The New York Times) base. It also yields the tiniest bit of glowy sheen that I lurve on legs in the summer. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a SHEEN not a glitter. I feel the same way about glitter body lotions that I do bridesmaid dresses (or worse, WEDDING dresses) from David’s Bridal. Just… no. An added bonus: though Orange Peel Oil and Limonene are listed pretty low on the ingredients list, this cream imparts the most subtle hint of lemony eucalyptus scent.
