I lurved her look at the MTV Movie Awards. Now, 19-year-old Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere is mastering the art of dressing for her height (she’s only five feet tall!) while still pulling off a playful-yet-sophisticated look. “There are all these little tricks that make such a difference,” she says. “Like being conscious of when a shoe cuts me off at the ankle so it doesn’t shorten my legs.” The star of the recently released romantic comedy I Love You, Beth Cooper found something to obsess over right away at Lucky’s West Hollywood shoot. Fresh off a flight from Europe, she dove into a rack of hot pink clothes. “How can you not love this color?
