It’s totally depressing that the holiday chaos begins earlier and earlier every year. One of my essays I wrote in high school was about working in the mall during the holiday season (I made salad at a restaurant in food court – it was a HILARIOUS time). The piece discussed how absurd I thought it was that the holiday season commenced approximately one minute after Halloween. Ten years later, it has begun to start in early October… September even! I find this depressing, EXCEPT when it comes to beauty brands’ holiday collections. In that case (and in that case only) I find it wholly appropriate. Let’s observe what MAC has in store for us this season!
