I attended a Dove event last night with Dina and Marina where I was informed that they have partnered with MTV to create a micro-series starring Alicia Keys. Is that not marketing GENIUS? I can’t get enough of The Hills. The micro-series is called “Fresh Takes” and each three-minute episode will be shown during The Hills‘ commercial breaks starting on March 24. Mark your calendars, dolls.
The micro-series focuses on the ups and downs of three urban twenty-somethings. I had the opportunity to try out a bunch of goodies from the go fresh line and I’m already enamored with the Dove go fresh Body Wash in Cool Moisture Cucumber & Green Tea ($9) and their Dove Go Fresh, Anti-perspirant & Deodorant, Ultimate Clear, Energizing Grapfruit & Lemongrass ($5).
Dove go fresh Body Wash in Cool Moisture Cucumber & Green Tea
Dove washes always deliver when it comes to moisture and this wash is no exception. This one contains hydrating emollients that sink into your skin. It produces a rich lather, which appeals to my psychological “I need to see it working” situation. The scent is relaxing and mild. The perfect antidote for a crazed twenty-something day I have quite often.

This good-to-your-pits deo glides on easily but with no residue. When Dove says it’s 100% little black dress approved, they mean it. I’m a sucker for the fresh grapefruit/lemongrass scent. I’m having an enorm lemongrass moment in 2008, if I do say so myself.
Here’s the micro-series! I’m pretty impressed with the script (the facebook moment is hilar) for a three-minute show. Check it.
