Before this summer, I had never really used blotting paper. But then New York City summer hit and I needed reinforcements.
If this Hot Girl Summer is getting a little out of hand and has you melting, it’s time to try blotting papers. Personally I have been using the Sephora Collection Blotting Papers, Tatcha Original Aburatorigami Japanese Blotting Papers, and Tarte Not so Slick Oil-absorbing Blotting Papers.
To use, simply press (don’t rub) one sheet on any place you want to remove shine. You can use multiple sheets if necessary, but I have found that 1 sheet is usually sufficient. Blotting paper is really handy to keep in your purse so you can whip it out at a moment’s notice.
