Aerin Lauder’s eponymous off-shoot of her grandmother’s infamous brand is edited and straightforward.  This mascara is the only mascara in the line so it promises to cover all the bases: both volume AND length.

One coat from this gold tube gives me tapered length and soft definition.  The stiff-fibred christmas tree brush allows for easy shaping and brush-through of the lashes.

The build up of product on the second coat is nice and my lashes are softly clumping.  I’m able to touch up my roots in the afternoon but the tips are a little too brittle.

I’m able to wash this mascara off with soap and water at the end of the night.  This mascara is super straightforward and lives up to it’s promise.  Buy this one as the crisp white shirt of your mascara collection!
