In 2004, I took a magazine writing course with the lovely Dawn Elardo, who instantly became a friend. She’s now started her own jewelry line called Femme Armor, about which, you are on a need-to-know basis. The range boasts breezy outfit punctuations in punchy shades that are easy to wear and super easy to pack for a trip, which I love. The trio above accompanied me to my recent Turks and Caicos jaunt and I paired all three in different ways with tops and dresses in basic hues. I applaud Dawn’s judicious use of mint, one of my favorite colors.
