Jamie Greenberg, Avon Celebrity Makeup Artist, created this naughtily neutral makeup effect for the Dennis Basso Spring Summer 2015 runway show. “This look is a collaboration of tonality and defined lines. I used a neutral palette to create a sleek finish that compliments the soft, romantic feel of the collection.” Here, Jamie’s step-by-step.
Skin
Using a foundation brush, apply Avon Ideal Flawless Invisible Coverage Foundation.
Eyes
Apply Avon True Color Eyeshadow Quad in Mocha Latte using the #2 shade all over the lid, then apply a wash of the #3 shade on top. Next, apply the #4 shade in the crease, drawing a line from the inner corner and blending outwards. Line the upper and lower lash lines with Avon SuperShock Gel Eye Liner in Blackout. After applying false lashes to the top lash line, liberally apply Avon Big & Daring Volume Mascara in Blackest Black to top and bottom lashes.
Cheeks
Contour cheeks using Avon Ideal Flawless Concealer in a darker shade than the skin.
Lips
Apply Avon Ultra Color Lipstick in Naturally Nude to lips.
Nails
The look was completed with an Avon nail concept. First, a layer Avon Nail Experts Ridge Filling Base Coat, then Avon Gel Finish 7-in-1 Nail Enamel in Barely There, topped with Avon Nail Experts Color Shield Top Coat for shine.
