Votre Vu Snapdragon Crème Review

It took about 20 years for my brother Ethan and I to track down our favorite Halloween cartoon special (in the purest sense of the word) we watched diligently October after October. In the days that preceded DVR, we went to extreme lengths to ensure we didn’t miss it. In true pre-smartphone fashion, we DIDN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT WAS CALLED. Read more after the jump.
Children today don’t even KNOW from what we dealt with. Related: I’m already planning my elderly tirades in advance, which will include telling people to get off my lawn and going into deep detail about the horrors of growing up without DVR.

Tender and Small

In a stunning display of Internet research, Ethan finally tracked down the cartoon and it’s called Witch’s Night Out. Do you remember Small and Tender and their babysitter Bazooey? I love that they all had allegory names.Anyway, speaking of Small, he was so ORANGE, it was amaze. So when Votre Vu‘s vibrant colored Snapdragon Cream arrived on my doorstep, it reminded me of his brilliant coloring. It smells delicately fruity, hydrates like a dream, absorbs quickly AND comes dressed up festively for Halloween? What ELSE would you wear before donning your sexy cat/policewoman/vampire/bee/janitor outfit? PLUS, it includes ingredients like regenerative retinol, restorative marine collagen, hydrolyzed collagen and acai-derived citroflavonoids that work to reduce free radical damage and boost collagen levels in skin. It’s also packed with vitamins and antioxidants to rejuvenate skin, helping to firm and guard against aging with each use. But luckily, while it coordinates so well with Small’s complexion, it won’t leave you orange like him.

Votre Vu Snapdragon Cream retails for $42 at votrevu.com.

    Dear Amber,

I must have missed this classic growing up – I was more about “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.” The good news ( or maybe not?) is although Snapdragon cream is lovely in the container, you won’t become orange like Small. Thanks for the review! And let’s not forget life with 8-tracks.
