Benefit is one of my longtime fave beauty brands famous for its boudoir-inspired aesthetic and whimsical personality. The tri-level flagship boutique will offer the following services:

Threading $17-$79
Tanning $18-$48
Makeup $60-$100
Lashes Minimum purchase required
