Carey Mulligan debuted her new blonde hairstyle at Comic Con last week. Thanks to her celebrity colorist Negin Zand of Sally Hershberger Los Angeles, Carey made the switch from medium brown to a more natural, soft blonde.

Says Negin, “I love the new color on her. Her hair now has a lot more dimension! I stripped her brown color and gave her a dark blonde base before highlighting it using balayage, a mix of golden and baby blonde. The color is for her role in a movie she will be filming in Australia this month.”

I think Carey’s pulling a little Jean Seberg circa A Bout De Souffle with that pixie in that shade. What do you think? Yay or nay?
