Confession: I’m typically not a fan of mineral makeup.
That market’s as oversaturated with poor imitations as beauty blogging is. But every once in a while, a new beauty blogger comes on the scene who doesn’t pluralize things with apostrophes–and a beauty brand makes minerals MAJOR. And one who’s doing it (the latter) is Napoleon Perdis, a man who only knows how to formulate magical makeup. His new Rock On collection is comprised of minerals includes Napoleon Perdis Advanced Mineral Makeup SPF 15 and Mattifying Mineral Primer. Read on and find out how to enter to win your own Rock On set below….
The former diffuses pigmentation and blemishes with the greatest of ease, thanks to its formula of Vitamins A, C and E (while being oil-free) and even boasts an SPF of 15. Corrective microspheres reduce the appearance of fine lines, while its glide is nothing short of glamazing. The primer is one of those crazypants powders that magically morphs Ovid-style into a cream. Its hue is slightly yellow (the better to eradicate redness with, my dear) and yet it blends in with every skin tone with the greatest of ease. If your skin tends to shine like the top of the Chrysler Building in the schvitzy summertime, you’ll want to invest in TWO. As Napoleon so sagely says, it’s “for the mineral girl living in a material world.” Check out his video below on how to apply the new Napoleon Perdis mineral makeup.
Purchase Napoleon Perdis Advanced Mineral Makeup SPF 15 ($59) and Mattifying Mineral Primer ($29) on shop.napoleonperdis.com.

I would love to see tutorials/tips on certain makeup tricks, i.e. hiding dark circles, contouring, making lips look bigger, etc (just random examples) Then maybe a product that works well for that specific task. Great work on the site!
