Christina Hendricks‘ MET Ball 2011 hairstyle came courtesy of stylist Jen Atkin. Said Jen, “Her dress was very dreamy and ocean like, so we went with a flowy wavy look. I wanted it to look like she stepped out of a fairy tale.”

“We started by using Fekkai Volumizing Mousse, as well as Nioxin Root Lifter on damp hair. We then blew out her hair and set it in 2 inch rollers for volume. Next, we brushed out the hair using a Mason Pearson brush, and used a Tourmaline T3 1 1/2 inch curling iron to make spiral waves throughout her hair. I used Rene Furterer dry shampoo to create a dry texture, then finished the look with Sebastian Shaper Hairspray.”
