Pantene has announced that actress Shay Mitchell will be the new face of the Pantene Pro-V Nature Fusion Collection. Shay is best known for her role on the ABC hit series Pretty Little Liars. She certainly has the hair for it! What do you think of this partnership? Yay or nay? (I say yay.)
