BBJ’s Official Mascara Correspondent Ashleigh Ciucci is back with another review! This time, it’ sall about L’OREAL Double-Extend Mascara. Behold, In Ashleigh’s words:
I started off with the white primer that claims to be a lash-boosting serum. I have to say, it left my lashes kind of dry and brittle. When I tried to apply the actual mascara, it didn’t apply evenly and went on grey-ish. When I tried to layer a second coat, it got clumpier and the primer/serum created an uneven texture to my lashes. But things did improve from there. The next day, I avoided the serum and went straight for the mascara. The narrow fluffy brush allowed for length and wisp. I was able to layer a second coat and was left with full black black lashes. My midday touch-up was no problem. The only other negative is that the applicator is a little awkward due to the double-ended feature. this mascara required makeup remover at the end of the night.
