My pow-pow-powder face, my my powder face!

Check out Nicole Kidman‘s unblended powder face at the Nine premiere. How does something like this happen? My theory is a rogue fan near a pan of loose powder near the exit of Nicole Kidman’s “getting ready” lair. But how could no one TELL her to blend her face?
