With Clinique’s Lash Doubling Mascara in Black, it’s a lethal combo. Not that I’ve tested it out (by which I mean, I totally have), but this stuff will stay on for 2 straight days. Say, if you are stuck in a Bedouin tent with no access to a real shower and it’s 30 degrees at night (despite the fact that you were SCHVITZING mere hours ago). I knew I wasn’t going to be applying the liner on a daily, what with waking at the ripe hour of 4am, so I had to break out the big guns and kick my Bliss Lidstick (much as I love it) to the curb. I busted out the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in Espresso Ink (I’m too fair to wear straight black). When applied CAREFULLY with a skinny eyeliner brush (Lola Cosmetics makes a fantastic brush for just that purpose, bt dubs), it can and WILL rough several hikes, rain, shine, Hell AND highwater. There was no way I was going to be living amongst boys sans eyeliner, ever, no matter what the consequences. Let’s be serious.
